Appearance: a very light peridot green, with no sediment.

Louche: Thick and Opalescent finished product. Quite attractive.

Aroma: Herbal and attractive, with lots of that juicy sweet bison grass aroma, supported by the regular players of anise, fennel and wormwood.

Taste: A nice balance of the holy trinity of anise, wormwood and anise, but it's all about the bison grass. It really sticks out and stands at the forefront. For me, that's a plus. For those looking for a traditionally flavored absinthe, it might seem eccentric. But overall, I think the flavors of absinthe and bison grass compliment each other very nicely.

Finish: that bison grass flavor. Man, it lasts and lasts.

For anyone who likes that unique flavor of bison grass in cocktails, this is going to take you for a ride. Quite enjoyable.
