Appearance; clear, bright and natural. No visible sediment.
Louche: Fully louched by 1:1 ratio. Attractive. Pink and white hues.
Aroma: very light and refreshing. Herbal and inviting.
Flavor/Mouthfeel: extremely light. nice wormwood flavor with anise playing a supporting role. Not a whole lot else going on here, but that's not a problem.
Finish: slight bitterness and a bit of numbing. Lingering.
Overall: Another nice offering from La Valote Martin. Not a whole lot of differentiation between this and some of the other newer blanches coming out of the distillery, but just slightly less sweet and a bit softer on the palate. An easy drinker.
