Hello Folks

Just joined the group and I am looking forward to meeting some other Absinthe lovers. I live in Port Townsend, WA and have been here for three or so years. I'm originally from Scotland but, contrary to popular belief, that does not automatically make me a whisky drinker! I discovered Absinthe some time ago and have been quietly enjoying it (with my wife) at home. But now that we know of the existence of the Wormwood Society it seem like it is time to get to know other folks with similar tastes. I'll be pleased to read any responses.

No, being from Scotland doesn't necessarily make you a Whisky drinker, but it does make you a Bog Trotter! :harhar:

 Welcome! And are you Stevie B the old Freestyle singer?

Hi.. Port Townsend is such a nice place... I spent quite a bit of time there a few years back. It's pretty much the only place in WA I have been and am dying to go back, so much different from living in a bigger city.

Hmm.. starting to post more. Must stop. =P

Welcome, Steve!

Mrs. Absomphe and I have been meaning to get out to Port Townsend for awhile now.

If you stop into the brewery, say hi to Skip, the owner and a superlative brewmaster, and tell him Tish and Elliot say hello, and that we miss him in Belligham!
