Appearance - Clear, bright and inviting. No hues or sediment.
Louche - very nice louche, fully formed at 2.5:1. Hints of blue and white. Milky but not opalescent.
Aroma - sweet, minty, and alpine. Intriguing and inviting.
Flavor - very complex and enjoyable for a blanche. Hints of tart citrus balance the anise sweetness and minty wormwood.
Finish - slightly astringent, lingers pleasantly. Very easy drinker.
Overall - a great Le Bleue style, enjoyable anytime. Canada is lucky to have this one!
