2 1/4 oz absinthe
1 dash anisette
3/4 oz water
1 bar spoons sugar or gomme syrup, to taste
1 dash orange bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
2 bar spoons egg white
Blend with crushed ice. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime or lemon twist.
