Appearance is a light hay color. Not nearly as green as the picture above appears.
Louche: hint from the WS: we shouldn’t be able to see through the glass after fully louching. Very little cloudiness. Just a slight haze.
Aroma: why am I smelling tiger balm? Clove, bay leaf, mint.
Flavor: still getting that clove and bay leaf thing. Not really any anise or wormwood to speak of.
Finish: slightly minty, but insipid. My tongue gets a little hairy too.
Overall: this needs a lot of work. More (green) anise, more wormwood, more louche. Just more. Damn Good? Unfortunately not.
