E. Nos Cocktail

1/3 French vermouth
2/3 Nicholson's Gin
3 dashes of absinthe
 
Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.

The Governor's

1 1/2 oz gin
1 1/2 oz Pimm's No. 1
1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/4 oz  absinthe

Shake with ice. Strain into frosted cocktail glass.
