Appearance: very clear yellow green, with no sediment.
Louche: visible oily trails, very dense during formation, with a lot of orange. At 1:4 dilution the louche is almost completely gone, it is still opalescent and all the colors are there: green, yellow, orange, some blue.
Aroma: well balanced holy trinity, freshly cut grass, mint and liquorice.
Taste: holy trinity and a little liquorice. Rather sweet, not complex and not bitter. Round and creamy in the mouth. Some herbal / chlorophyll taste that may come from the use of fresh herbs.
Finish: smooth and very refreshing, rather light.
Overall: an intriguing product coming from organic and fresh herbs, that may appeal to many looking for something different. I am not sure I can clearly identify what comes from the use of fresh herbs, but it has a sweetness and roundness of its own. It is a lovely absinthe, rather mild, smooth, very refreshing. Not for those looking for something strong.
