Appearance: Very attractive golden green.

Louche: Thick and opalescent. Inviting.

Aroma: Refreshing and crisp with alpine freshness. Like a spring meadow.

Flavor: Spicy white pepper balanced out with the sweet anise and wormwood. The lemongrass shows through as part of that mild astringency and citrus backbone. Lovely stuff.

Finish: Sweet and spicy. Warming yet refreshing. Lingers nicely.

Overall: A wonderful absinthe. The unique ingredients add extra dimension and character without taking away from the traditional structure of absinthe. Highly recommended.
