1/2 jigger of Calisaya
1 dash absintheStir in iced mixing glass and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
"An extremely 'dry' cocktail. 'Brut' (French) means 'raw.' Many customers pronounced it 'Brute,' and so thought it."
