What ya drinking tonight?

Advice taken and acted upon. Lucky for me, I'm a switch-hitter. ;)

Pacifique under a dripping...

...well, you know the rest of the story.

I 'm not a sweetening kinda guy, but I do dig organic agave nectar.

If not necessarily added to my absinthe.

I only tend to sweeten the lower grade stuff. I'd have to smack somebody if they tried to add sugar to my Pacifique or Ridge

You know, if I didn't know better, I'd almost swear you were somewhat debauched.

Butt, off course, I know butter*...

I needed something to wake up for the weekend. 1.5 oz espresso, 1.5 oz TJ's coconut milk (not the sick sweet stuff, but coconut water and meat blended and unsweetened to act as a cow's milk substitute), two dashes of lemoncello, a dash of Ridge blanche, a dash of agave nectar, shaken over ice and dumped summarily into a glass.

I'm certain it was the "summarily" that pulled it all together.

Indeed it was. And now Duplais. I feel like my first love turned into someone I hardly know. So disappointed.

Having a sazerac, unfortunately the liquor store was out of Sazerac Rye, and Bullet Rye, so am trying Trybox, unaged, from the still. Makes for a very different drink.

I regard your feelings for all-things-beer/ale with more than a modicum of respect (don't you dare tell a soul I said that) but seriously, can anyone tell if the hop was a whole cone only or merely a collection of partial cones? Having harvested a few of those lovely cones (and used them), I don't think so. You've given in to PR pressure, dear clown. ;)
