How can I ever go back to or even attempt to defend Kübler again?

It's cheap, readily available and great for experiments.

But not recommended for human consumption. Nauseous just thinking about it.

A small glass of Ridge Blanche for me last night too, followed by a small Leopold Bros Verte. I carelessly over-watered my wife's glass of Leopold Bros. Fortunately my glass was perfect.

. It's just that cleaning up after rum making is quite the chore.

Spot on right here. Nothing worse for your still than molasses. We stopped making our rum until we have a dedicated still.

A fine glass of Vieux Pontarlier before dinner and going to see the new Stooge film.

That was the Funniest movie! I haven't laughed that hard or that long in I don't know when. Now enjoying a Pacifique. It's a good day. It's a really good day.

How did Sean Hayes and the "Mad TV" alum do? Chemistry worked with all three?

Like clockwork. Unbelievable how they captured the spirit of the original. Couldn't have built a better Larry. And Curly, don't even get me started. I'm still hurting from laughing so hard. And they cut it into segments, just like the old shorts but still following the story line. Excellent. (If you liked the original you'll love this tribute)

I'm having a little Merkin Vineyards rose.

We were able to hunt down a bottle of the Chupacabra a while back, I was very impressed.

I love all of Maynard's wine making efforts that I've tried so far.

Now, I'm sucking on a durian shake from a local pho restaurant.

After walking through a live oak wood alive with fireflies, a faceted Pontarlier glass full of Ridge Verte goodness. Louching with the see saw dripper is just the icing on the cake.

OMG. This is so freaking awesome!

L'ancienne is indeed tasty. Had a taste of the first run. I have read that the second batch (currently available) has been tamed a bit. This has me second guessing grabbing a bottle.
