Absomphe Report post Posted January 27, 2018 One of my favorite coffees, Cajun. Three Magnets Demon and the Fairy, a blend of two sour imperial stouts aged for two years in bourbon and wine barrels, and aged further on vanilla beans, and, finally, bottle conditioned with boysenberry puree. Yep, it's as good as it sounds. .

Absomphe Report post Posted February 11, 2018 The Bellingham beer surprise of all time...Kulshan Brewing's Oak Aged Barleywine 2017. This is a blend of 4 and 5 year old barleywines that were aged in multiple bourbon and wine barrels, and then further conditioned for another year. All this was meticulously done, and resulted in one of my top three barleywines of all time, along with Fremont's Brew 1000/2000, and Anchorage Brewing's A Deal with the Devil.
