Okay, let me try to be more helpful...it's Cle Elum. :harhar:

Ha. Yeah. I was just there and no dice at the Safeway there.

I am still learning to pronounce them. Then the spelling. Ha.

North Fork Brewing's Electric Berryland.

Impeccable balance between huge tartness and deep raspberry flavor, but remarkably smooth and seamless from first sip to last. Grand slam,by the guy I call The Emperor of Sours, Eric Jorgensen.

Wasn't Jorgensen the brains behind the group Ministry many years ago?

Ummm.... Unibroue Terrible earlier but switching to Jade 1901. Clean and fresh!

Freshly released Fremont Brewing's Brew 2000.

This is the same as Brew 1000, except this version was aged in Westland Distillery peated whiskey barrels, and there's just the right level of smokiness to balance the incredibly complex fruitiness of the original, plus, the body is even more voluptuous. This stuff is easily a six on a scale of one to five.
