MASTERPC Report post Posted April 28, 2014 Benjamin Prichard's double barreled bourbon whiskey. Holy cow this is the smoothest I've had so far! Breckenridge is good but this is exceptional. To me at least. I'm new at this brown liquor sipping.
Ron Report post Posted April 29, 2014 I really must master this "keeping a stock" skill so many of you have! If you think it's an absinthe you're going to like, get two bottles every time. Open one, and put one to the back of the closet. Brother Bill has this routine down to a science. Pontarlier Anis That ol' stuff? But seriously. I'm gonna take Marc up on his offer to be a mule this time.

Songcatcher Report post Posted May 4, 2014 Blanche Traditionelle Brut d'alambic essai #5. Damn, that's a mouthful. Luckily though, the absinthe lives up to it.
greytail Report post Posted May 4, 2014 Was much easier to write when it first was released. Simply Brut d'alambic Does it still come in a nice white croc?
Jack Griffin Report post Posted May 4, 2014 Actually, the name of the product is "Blanche Traditionelle." "Brut d'alembic" refers to it being distiller's strength, undiluted. It's good stuff, and they're up to #7 now, I believe.
greytail Report post Posted May 4, 2014 (edited) Scott. It was labeled that years ago. People used to refer to it as the Brut. At least that is how I remember it. Such a long time ago it seems. Maybe because it was the only brut on the market at the time. Edited May 4, 2014 by greytail
