Le Gimp I'd say unless your rig has 44" Swampers and you spend every free moment mud bogging, the chances of all 3 rear u-joints failing at one time is remote. Now you shouldn't have to worry about them for a long time. I'm impressed that you did the job without a press! I've been there and it was not fun. I'm happy to say my Ford still has all of its original U and CV joints in good condition at 130,000 miles and counting. I'm also happy to say I completed my first ebay sale tonight and my Moose Drool tastes great.

Country music is great, I am listening to Johnny Rebel all the time, if I have one, of course

I'm sure Gimpy, and Nymphadora are all to familiar with that scenario.

OK, all this damned talk about Abyss! Who among you would be willing to trade me a bottle of the nectar for something that I've got???

Also, has anyone tried the Dark Lord Imperial Stout? It's the only RIS that's ranked higher than Abyss on Beer Advocate. I'd like to try that one too!

Been down this rabbit trail. The short answers are Nobody and No.

Dark Lord's nigh impossible to get unless you're at the brewery when they release it.

And like that's gonna happen :ninja:

Connections worked and friends are great. Someone stopped in the town 45 miles from us and got us some Abyss......will see if it is all they say. Also heard we have a bar in our town that is supposed to have it on tap! Will check that out too. Now just the wait 'til he brings this treasure home from work!

Hold on to a few of them for when Absomphe's stash runs out and you'll have him over a barrel.

Here, our motorsports are even more sophisticated than that.

It is, coupled with the fact that the bottle is small and there are two of us drinking it. Bye bye 'til next time, Perique. :wave2:

Absomphe, you Bellinghamster you. The Abyss is great. You are correct. It IS less sharp than the Mephistophelese. I might have spell that incorrectly :laf: but we're having our second Abyss just now. Had one in town now we're comparing the bottled product.

Quite good. I can't believe that we went to the wine store and Bluescat kidney punched this guy and then muscled him asside so we could get the last two bottles.

Oh shit I just spilled some on an antique chair. Back later.

Okay...to be fair we headed to the bar in town to sample the draft Abyss before their last keg was gone....oh my. Sitting upstairs at a window watching a ferry go by. How perfect. Then having to navigate the flights of stairs and sidewalks back to the car....this is a special, special brew. Oh my. Then drive home....while laughing. Only right thing to do at home? Compare to a bottle!!! Right. This stuff is truly delicious. Bottle, draft....doesn't matter. Forget it everyone .....I am hoarding every bottle we have! :drunk:
