Hello fellow absintheurs,

I am delighted to be inside the forum and am happy to meet you all. My name is Lorien and I like on the banks of Loch Ness in Scotland. My husband and I founded a wee distillery at our home and started out with gin but I have always been captivated by the social history and culture of Absinthe. After doing lots of research here and along the Franco-Swiss border before working with Patrick Grand to develop a selection of recipes containing Scottish botanicals. I took 3 versions home and then tweaked them until I got one that I was happy with. Hey presto -  Loch Ness Absinthe Blanche! This is the first Scottish Absinthe to contain wormwood grown in Scotland and I am proud as punch with it. I am now researching how to make a most excellent verte and look forward to cultivating a deeper relationship with absinthe and everything that surrounds it.
