So I never got a chance to try this guy... Which is very disappointing

 

Based from what I read I think it would be an absolute favorite

 

I see now that it's still made but some changes have been made...

And the mint is gone? The original obsello sounded like a wet dream to me

 

How does the new one compare?

 

And is there still anywhere to buy the original?

In my opinion, you can do a lot better than either version. I still have a bottle of the original lying around and the only thing I've used it for for years is to show people what tails smell and taste like.

I'm pretty sure that both 1 and 2 are now out of production. There are a few places online that say they have the Spanish version, but not all retailers update product details.

I still have an unopened bottle of the first run. Found it just the other day.

The last one I got was quite tails-y, as FPB mentioned, and the fresh mint taste had turned a little veggital.

I enjoyed the original, it was the go-to bottle for my annual trip to the Keys.

The new version, not so much. Didn't know they stopped making that one too.

I've never tried the new version, but I did enjoy the first round. There was a flavor that I attributed to rose geraniums that I found a little overpowering, and I noticed it more as the bottle got lighter.
