I do give them credit for at least not playing the tripballs :chop: card, they even say they don't have any.

At the moment it is only available in-store at

http://galcos.dreamhosters.com/

Los Angeles..

The one problem I do have, is the visibility of the word 'absinthe' , it's kind of like saying

Gin flavored soda or Whiskey flavored.

Ive been to  Galco's once before .  they have over 500 kinds of soda (no Brian, they don't have Berverly B) )  It is quite the place if you are a soda geek.  They ship, but not this absinthe one yet.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's just anise flavored like those "absinthe" mints.

It's unfortunate that they always refer to their product as "Saiteaux Absinthe", not "Saiteaux Absinthe Soda".  Here's a new and unexpected consequence of not having a legal definition for absinthe.

"Saiteaux Absinthe POP"  Absinthe soda with a bang! ;)

If it's absinthe soda, I hope they included a nice fragrant wormwood and not only anise.
