sip an absinthe frappe and try to imagine this character in "The
Scarecrow of Oz." It is an Ork, quite a prominent actor in the story...."

 

A letter from L. Frank Baum, the author of the Oz books to illustrator John Neill. (Undated, but can be inferred to 1914)

The original signed letter is for sale here, asking $39,500
