Good Evening All!

My name is Kim Bray. I am stepping into the fray here in order to learn more about Absinthe. My experience with Absinthe is very limited. Right now, I'm not sure what is considered "good" Absinthe and am always open to suggestions. So far, I've enjoyed the reviews from the webpage and hope to start sampling the recommended brands soons.

"Good absinthe" is the one you enjoy drinking. And speak up when you have questions. Nice ta meetcha.
The room it smelled heavy of drinkin',
and the sad silent song made the hour twice as long,
as I waited for that sun to go sinkin'.

Welcome! Trust those reviews, they might not land you on your favorite absinthe on the first try, but they will point you in the right direction.

If you don't like anise at all, you're not likely to care for any decent absinthe, as absinthe is an anise flavored drink. It's kind of like asking if there are any good beers that don't taste like hops or malt.----Hiram

Thanx all for the warm welcome. My absinthe experience is almost nil. I've had Absinthe Ordinaire-just because my local store had it in stock. It wasn't a wow experience. But I loved the ritual enough to venture further. I've ordered samplers of Roquette 1797, Franšois Guy and EIchelberger 78.
