One of my friends, a tea nut, wrote a guide to tea. I did all the photography for the book (we went through about 7 liters of tea) and put the book together. It also has over 25 pages of space for tasting notes.

That's cool. I start each day with Yorkshire Gold loose tea. I used to work and live in an Asian country and visited many a tea plantation.

We're discussing tea on a absinthe board. How likely is it that people are discussing absinthe on a tea board right now?

I still stick to hot tea with a sploosh of absinthe to take the edge off.
Some folks may cringe each time I use the term "Booze" regarding these high quality drinks.
I mean no offense. There are bottles of extraordinary booze out there. I've tasted a few. Relax.
