For our 17 year anniversary, she ordered me this wonderful fountain, 2 glasses and 2 spoons from France. Oh, she's so good to me! We are initiating it with some MoL (minus the sugar, of course).

The gift that keeps on giving. I'm sure you'll enjoy that (and her) for quite a long time. Happy Anniversary.

The room it smelled heavy of drinkin',

and the sad silent song, made the hour twice as long,

as I waited for that sun to go sinkin'.

Some folks may cringe each time I use the term "Booze" regarding these high quality drinks.
I mean no offense. There are bottles of extraordinary booze out there. I've tasted a few. Relax.

Before I had a wife who enjoys absinthe, I always thought that would be the greatest thing. Until it actually happened and I discovered that bottles last exactly half as long as they used to.
Then again, the company makes it very much worth it. Cheers to you and your wife, and to all the rest of you likkerish swillin' couples

I have that fountain, but it leaks. I don't know if it was because I scrubbed off the grease that surrounded the part that the glass screws onto the spicket part or not though. Since it said it was made in India, I was bit nervous about whether the grease is food safe or not. I scrubbed it off with an old toothbrush and dish soap, and now it leaks. I might try to use something that is food safe"r" like vaseline and see if that helps.

Aye - I used some FG sealant to "repair" my fountain glass which cracked from heat. Seems good as new, functionally :)

Congrats on your anniversary and upon the lovely fountain!
