Alastair McMillan's collection

Recommended Posts

Alastair McMillan was one of our customers and friends, a charming man, with a good sense of humor in spite of his disease.

He passed away in March 2011, aged 54, because of a pulmonary fibrosis.

His collection is mainly composed of books and spoons, he always had a thirst for learning more about the history of absinthe.

His widow offered us to sell his collection for her, and that's what we're proudly doing today: http://www.absintheoriginals.com/alastair.html

I'm sorry that this gentleman passed. I didn't know him, but I can see he had excellent taste in absinthe collectibles!

An estate sale. A bittersweet thing for sure.

The gentleman had some nice, very nice absinthiana.

Now If I can just find my jar of change.

Thank you Marc!
