This is my daily vitamin supplement. A blend of 38 different herbs in either extract or capsule form is available. If you take over the counter vitamins and just don't seem to be getting from them what you feel you should, this may be what you need. I'm not affiliated, just a satisfied customer passing it on.

Natural Ability

The room it smelled heavy of drinkin',

and the sad silent song, made the hour twice as long,

as I waited for that sun to go sinkin'.

I don't doubt you. It's probably a great product but I don't take vitamins. I (try to) eat well and usually eat quality food. It's pretty rare when I don't wake up feeling ready to conquer my little world and stay focused until the end of the day.

Did you know that most vitamins are never truly broken down in the digestive system? X-rays have shown the vitamins shape while going through the colon. Of course, this product isnt a pill so it would be better.

I am with Joe on this one. Eating healthy and balanced meals does wonders.

I would consider it, if it had more of the ones I already take and less of the two I'm allergic to. I like spriulina, although it tastes like pond scum...because it is pond scum...

Mmmmmm, pond scum. Yummm. ;)
Some folks may cringe each time I use the term "Booze" regarding these high quality drinks.
I mean no offense. There are bottles of extraordinary booze out there. I've tasted a few. Relax.
