My screensaver picture is from Ridge last year and one of those glasses are sitting next to a bottle of PF.

On the topic of the rubis (sorry guys, I'll hijack/derail this post), I was not impressed at first, but two weeks after opening it, it's a very nice surprise : much more balance and fruits
Absinthe makes me a different man. Why shouldn't he also have his two glasses ?
Unless Absomphe-related, if it's about old things, you can ask me

I'm taking a trip to London in about three weeks and I'm trying to acquaint myself (on paper) with various brands so I can be informed when I wander into random liquor stores. I'm hoping to purchase three or four bottles to bring home.

I've never tried a rouge. Not sure I want to, but if so, which ones would you guys recommend? Beetle carcasses don't bother me (I've eaten worse), but it seems the hibiscus would add a nicer flavor. Any rouges to stay far far away from?
