Quaded!

Yes, I'm Krinkles the Clown on an absinthe a beer bender.

You got a problem with that?

I look forward to trying new brands,so far I like Walton Waters, Pacifique and Ridge.

I'm sure that I will like those, too, when I get the opportunity to try them. They are on my wish list, but unfortunately I haven't found any place local yet that carries them. I'm putting off ordering on-line as there are so many choices that I'm afraid I'll blow the budget. So difficult to just pick one or two.

And I need to use up some of the other stuff in the cupboard to make room for more absinthe!
Does Minnalouche know that his absinthe
Will pass from change to change
As emerald clouds to opal,
And yet nothing will change?

Still he drinks opaline.

Hunting at antique shops for the perfect glass is time consuming but worth it.

I love antique shopping, and I have found some cool things, like a set of 6 green uranium glass cordials. There was not much information on the tag, but I figured they were depression glass. It wasn't until a week or two after I purchased them that I discovered that they glow under black light!

So far I have found no absinthe glasses, though. And many of the store employees that I asked had not heard of absinthe. One woman responded to my inquiry about antique absinthe glasses by asking me if I meant reading glasses! :laf:
