Litany against fear of Absinthe - I must not fear Absinthe. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my Absinthe. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the Absinthe has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.

:harhar: Well, it is the capital of the province and Southern most part of the province. So, maybe it's South "I Can Almost See Seattle From Here" FuckedInTheBumByTaxesFuck.

If you knew the area, I could say, "No that's Duncan" and then we all might laugh at how even worse it is. We sometimes refer to it as Drunken Duncan.

I even signed the petition to build a bridge over it.

Technically speaking, I don't even live in a city. I'm from Wyoming, so that should explain a bit.

I grew up in Cayce, or actually lexington county and could see the Cayce city limit sign from my house. Too bad the Carolina Queen got shut down.

(Note: I consider Columbia SC to consist of Columbia, W.Columbia, Cayce and a shitload of other small communities surrounding it.)

I now reside in Johnson City TN.

I can attest that it is a worthy dream.

Even I dream of DrinkBoy living in Duvall.

Then I can hit him up for a WS event venue.

Any one from Whidbey? Or better yet, the San Jauns? Then we can have a WS event there and I'll have an excuse to go.

I remember before they renamed the city.

They spent thousands of dollars to promote the new name, get it on the ballot and such.

Then they had to spend thousands more to change all the signs.

The old name of the city?

Well, Cucamunga, of course.

It sounded too low class so they wanted to en richen the name of their city.

So now,
Rancho Cucamonga it is.

That is something even I must laugh at! :laf:
