Sipping Absinthe ;) Listenin' to Music

Recommended Posts

Silent and the Punk have been making me listen to Gogol Bordello. Them rotten kids are right on!

They'll play here on November 29th. Got my ticket. :bguitar: :punk:

The boys saw them a couple of weeks ago at Bumbershoot in Seattle. I hear they put on quite the show!

Shai, you're a braver man than I. I don't want to cause a confrontation with a man that brags about having his boys in the Bumbershoot.

um, I know you are new here and all but try not to quote the post directly above yours.

Most things would sound good indeed over the Heresy's I'd imagine. Nice Sony too! My collection of 70's Pioneer stuff is over at my dad's since I"m out of room at my house. He even turns it on every so often.

I've got a second set of Hereseys down stairs on the tv and a set of Kenwood KL-5050s in the dining room.

Which is really weird since I also wear hearing aids.

Dan and I saw Blue Oyster Cult again tonight. They were pretty damn awesome, except for their newbie drummer, he was a bit of a poser. Lots of long solos though, making the older songs better and better. Kind of wish they'd put out some new albums with the old songs but longer jam sessions in them. Alternative takes, as the old jazz guys and gals used to call it. I hope I get to see them again. :headbang:
