Jay Report post Posted February 1, 2011 Apparently the "truly lesbian" part is optional? Well, look at me, answering my own question and all.
Martin Lake Report post Posted February 1, 2011 (edited) From the Wikipedia article on Luscious Lesbian Oil: Luscious Lesbian Oil is widely taken to ease the pain and joint stiffness associated with arthritis, and has also been clinically proven to have a positive effect on heart, bone,as well as helping to nourishskin, hair, and nails. Luscious Lesbian Oil and fish oil are similar, but Luscious Lesbian oil has much higher levels of vitamins A and D. Many adults do not meet the RDA for Vitamin D. Luscious Lesbian Oil may be an effective complementary measure for long-term treatment of multiple sclerosis. Vikings used Luscious Lesbian Oil as a lubricant to allow the transport of ships across land—the oil was smeared across logs, which acted as rollers beneath the hull of the ship. Luscious Lesbian Oil also formed part of the Viking diet. Now you know some facts. And now back to our previous discussion on sushi. OMG_Bill Report post Posted February 1, 2011 It just sounds like an after meal treat to me. <shrug> I have never tried Sushi......as far as I know. It's pretty though.
Ron Report post Posted February 1, 2011 Bill, there's a pretty good sushi place over by workman's house. We can hit it when I'm back in the City.
OMG_Bill Report post Posted February 1, 2011 Sushi Niko I think. A gal I work with has been trying to get me to try the place. She's all about that area. It's rather a neat little strip for food, art and antiques.

Mephistopheles D. Grimm Report post Posted February 2, 2011 (edited) Reiterating initiated. Bill, look at your own picture. You need to try sushi. (Assuming it's a fish. As far as I can tell it is.) Edited February 2, 2011 by Mephistopheles D. Grimm
Martin Lake Report post Posted February 2, 2011 That, my friend, is no fish. That is a man...a tee. They're mammals (hence the nose on the front). Normally, they are not so colorful as that. Manatees are endangered as they only live in a small territory in Florida. They spend much of their lives there calmly grazing on sea grass. Sushi made from them is terribly hard to come by, but when you have it, it is the Kobe beef of sushis.
Ron Report post Posted February 2, 2011 Most of them hang around in the canals in Miami and have lots of scars on their backs from the propellers of motorboats which cruise the canals. Florida Marine Patrol have signs posted to go slow, so the slow manatees have the ability to move out of the way.
Martin Lake Report post Posted February 2, 2011 My remarks re: manatee sashimi aside, the thought of them with scarred backs makes me very sad.
OMG_Bill Report post Posted February 2, 2011 And all I was trying to do was find the least controversial avatar I could. The manatee and I have a lot in common. We both move pretty slow, we eat our greens, we like water, we both have the same shape and I'm thinking eating me ain't that bad of an idea.
Martin Lake Report post Posted February 2, 2011 The thought of you with a scarred back also makes me sad.

OMG_Bill Report post Posted February 2, 2011 The thought of you with a scarred back also makes me sad. The ink covers the scars. <sniff> To all you animal rights folks.....I'm just playing.
Mephistopheles D. Grimm Report post Posted February 3, 2011 . Normally, they are not so colorful as that. I would sincerely hope not. As that Manatee would likely have a very saddening addiction to hallucinogens. And I'm pretty sure Greens aren't the same thing as mushrooms. At the very least, the former is much leafier than the latter.
brewmaster Report post Posted February 3, 2011 I love Sushi as well! As a matter in fact, me and my significant other like to go shopping at Super Cao Nguyen in okc for sushi grade things like smoked eel, tuna, flying fish and salmon eggs as well as sushi rice and seaweed. Our obsession with it has forced us to learn how to make it ourselves. Once you get the art down, it isn't hard at all to make it. Perhaps one of these days I can host a sushi party complete with hot Saki, or perhaps a complimentary Absinthe? Now I am getting excited! Sushi Niko I think. A gal I work with has been trying to get me to try the place. She's all about that area. It's rather a neat little strip for food, art and antiques.
