Reminds me of buying a prepped chicken at the deli and then spicing it up a bit and finishing it in your own oven. A technique for those who can't really cook, (or don't have time), but want something better than a T.V. dinner.

This distillate also gives more creative absintheurs the possibility to experiment with their own aromatic plants to create a colouration step and/or to reduce the batch to the final proof desired, one that will show off its complex aromas to their best.


Wonder what a Rutabaga would do :huh:
