Absinthe has entered the mainstream, with a new Avon fragrance "Absinthe". One of ladies at work had sample and it smelled great, though not necessarily anise based, but very nice. Very cool bottle too! No I'm not an Avon rep!

I have a cork from an old bottle of Obsello in my pottery tool box. It's been there for about two weeks now and even last night I got a couple of whiffs of anise, and a little bit some some other stuff. Compared to most of the other smells that go on there it's nice and refreshing.

A little technological fix to a spiritual problem.

I have absinthe snuff. It is very pleasant, and leaves the scent in your nose to linger for quite some time.

Those Italian absinthe chocolate bars smell pretty good, too.

You got a problem with that?

mrsnuff.com carries a large assortment of wonderful snuff. Check it out if snuff is your thing. I for one love the stuff. I am big on smells, the transport me to many good memories and distant places where I would love to have memories of.
