The Georgia Distilling Company, a new start-up craft distillery operation near Atlanta, Georgia is currently seeking investments through accepting new partners, or in the form of a State of Georgia sanctioned stock offering of 2200 shares at $250 per share, with NO MINIMUMS to purchase. From day one we will offer Gin, Rum, Moonshine, and Vodka. We will start the making and barreling of Bourbon, Rye, and Whiskeys from day one also, with production set to start in January 2011. Production will be in a newly built 10,000 square foot facility which will house 3 working stills built by Vendome Copper in Kentucky. Distribution is secured for the Southeast, and we are in talks with distributors in Europe and Asia. For more information on our business model, our plans, and what we have to offer, please contact us through our website at www.GaDistilling.com

Good to see you gave us some time to get to know you before soliciting...

Happy to give you feedback though.

I was done playing the market years ago, but thanks.

Yes, I'm Krinkles the Clown on an absinthe a beer bender.

You got a problem with that?

Thanks but I'm going to pass on this one.

<yawn> I'm just an end consumer. Good luck.
Some folks may cringe each time I use the term "Booze" regarding these high quality drinks.
I mean no offense. There are bottles of extraordinary booze out there. I've tasted a few. Relax.

Damn shame, it is.

I was really hoping to try Ridge right out of the tap.

Oh, well, maybe someday.

"Uncle Sonny" looks a little familiar.

Considering that book was originally published in 1985, I'm not certain what he might think of Facebook, but I have an idea about what he might have thought about not being properly recognized.

Having the "Our Heritage" tab right next to it is interesting. Stay classy Georgia.

I would write a check out to Joe, Bill, Gwydion, Luke, Cheryl, hell most WS member that I know.
Without even thinking about it. Haven't met one that I wouldn't open my door to anytime.
I'll probably be a stock holder in Ridge without Joe even knowing about it..
But yeah, soliciting after three posts .......... lame..

I wish them the best of luck with their venture. :wave2:

(They also posted to another forum with the same investment opportunity.)

I think I'll stick with my 100% sole proprietorship. It's a small business, but you have to start somewhere, and the bottom seems like as good a place as any.

Fixed.

Interesting how they haven't been back since the initial advertisements.
