On tonight's Fresh Air, NPR host Terry Gross interviewed Daniel Okrent, author of the newly-released "Last Call: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition". Listening to the interview, I realized how little I knew about the whys and wherefores of Prohibition (1920-1933). Utterly fascinating.

Ten-four, Scut, and sorry to be out of touch. The weeks whizzed by while I wasn't looking.

Hope things are going well. :)
