Jack Griffin Report post Posted August 30, 2010 I bought my first bottle of L'Italienne 2 weeks ago. It is an amazing and delicious absinthe. Different to be sure, but so well-made and refreshing. Stefano's letter hit me hard, as I felt his pain and loss in deciding to stop making absinthe. Hopefully he'll return to it later in life. Surprises like this do occur, and we can create/re-create our lives if we visualize hard enough. I wish him well. LDF still has some, but they don't expect it to last until year's end.
