The absinthe is St. George..Kübler is another favorite.

The oysters look great.
St.G, Kubler and an LTV fountain makes me think someone has their work out out for them.
I could sure wipe out a few dozen oysters though.

Ah, Eat. Been there, but I didn't recognize it from the pics.

Great gumbo and po' boys too. They used to serve another absinthe, but I hear it's temporarily out of stock. ;)
