Even though it's posted in another thread, it's deserving of it's very own.

My name:
Cheryl Lins
14 High Street
Walton, NY 13856

Business address:
144 Delaware Street
Walton, NY 13856

Name if Business:
Delaware Phoenix Distillery

Web site:
www.delawarephoenix.com
(It's not up yet, as I'm still working on it. I'll work on the finishing the splash page and get the site minimally working in the next few days.)

Google this: "the daily star" absinthe

And don't worry folks, it'll be months and months before anything happens. If I can even pull it off. Which I believe I can, but the Fat Lady hasn't sung yet.

And I hope that my products will live up to the quality the WS (and other forum) members have come to expect in quality absinthe. Once again, only time will tell.

Another three cheers. Best of luck, Dakini.

Or maybe I should wait to find out what's on the herb-bill.

Well I'll be a monkey's uncle. I had no idea, DP! In a few years perhaps we'll all be buying our Absinthes exclusively from WS member-owned distilleries.
The basic tools of the absintheur are essentially a spoon, glass, sugar cube, chilled water, and absinthe. None of the other objects are actually necessary to prepare the drink, but they are imperative for instigating a type of visual hypnosis and bringing richness to the ceremony.

Hey, that's some wildly excellent news.

I know I haven't been on this forum long, but I feel I'm starting to get to know you all and it's great to watch the slow but sure invasion of the green fairy all over the world.

I have little doubt that in the authenticity, and quality departments, your absinthe will far surpass the output of your competitors.

Some folks may cringe each time I use the term "Booze" regarding these high quality drinks.
I mean no offense. There are bottles of extraordinary booze out there. I've tasted a few. Relax.

Thanks everyone!

Keep the fingers and toes crossed. We'll see what happens!

Somehow second hand seed doesn't sound like what I could use. I can't find that anywhere in Duplais. It wouldn't be authentic. ;)

There's a nice little shot of DP and the titular still in that newspaper article you get by googling.

Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner! Yes a 35 liter model. It's very shiny. I decided to start small, and grow things from there.

Hardtime that's wonderful! For some reason I thought you were down in the Pine Barrens.
