My First Taste of the Real Stuff

Recommended Posts

Seems that wormwood sticks to your mouth for a while

Try harvesting a few hundred pounds!

As some of the higher ups in the forum ...

Lets just leave our state of mind out of this discussion, if you please. I didn't pour club soda in my Marteau, after all. ;)

Further, another 'rule' is "Chill it if it tastes bad, and it won't taste as bad". It is bar none, the biggest reason (I feel) american beer, cheap vodka, and bad cheese are served cold.

I was once given a Budweiser, straight from a very cold fridge, that amazingly had absolutely no taste at all. After recovering from the surprise, I realized what a true blessing this was.

Could we safely say that the experience left you: "Sadder, Budweiser"?

I didn't try La Fee until Justin brought a bottle here in 2002, along with Pernod 68.

Compared to the rest of shite out there, those were the top of the line.

It's been amazing evolution, indeed, over the past seven years.

Well, i guess ill start to look for a good deal on 'Clandestine La Bleue'

Premier Wine and Spirits definitly has the best prices I've seen on Clandestine, on top of being canadian currency.
