Wow, this is freakin' sweet! Best of luck, may the happy elves intercede for you! I can't wait to try both of what you're officially working on!

With all these new domestic absinthes, it sure makes things look brighter.

No, not secondary brighter. *smile*
Some folks may cringe each time I use the term "Booze" regarding these high quality drinks.
I mean no offense. There are bottles of extraordinary booze out there. I've tasted a few. Relax.

More American absinthe distillers can only be a good thing.
You are in for a wild ride, a wild ride indeed!
Cheers!

If you don't like anise at all, you're not likely to care for any decent absinthe, as absinthe is an anise flavored drink. It's kind of like asking if there are any good beers that don't taste like hops or malt.----Hiram

I'm certain I am only beginning to understand how true that is.

Thanks for all the kind wishes. Now, relax and get back to your day jobs. There's a long way to go, yet.

Have you considered a Genepi liqueur, since it's so frakkin' hard to get here in the USA?

We may need absinthe therapy if that is of any interest to you.

I think genepi would be a splendid idea.

What about pontiane at number 4?

Or, since it's Montana, not Pontarlier, make that montiane.

Yes, I'm Krinkles the Clown on an absinthe a beer bender.

You got a problem with that?

I'm going to have to have another go with this Marteau business with a fresh palate. It so happens I plan to do just that this weekend...in quantity.

And what's this? More than two products from The Ridge?

Mr. Compulsive to My Obsessive is determined to produce 4 products.
I really like what House Spirits is doing with their apothecary line.
Knowing the rules and restrictions of the TTB I have no false expectations as to immediate releases.
At this point I'm just enjoying the journey!

Doesn't louche. So I hear.

Hooray to the Ridge crew! (And to us when we get to taste it!)

Good luck, patience and perseverance through the ongoing process.

I'm excited to see plans for a U.S. la bleue!

It sort of comes slightly pre-louched, but that stunningly beautiful color, and wonderfully floral aroma certainly more than compensate for any of its shortcomings. :paperbag3:

QC, R&D, whatever it takes. My lab coat, clipboard and Vitamin B12 shots are at the ready. Science must march on.
What part of Klaatu Barada Nikto don't you understand?

...because shoddy absinthes will be flavored with the lubricator of take the lead anise.
