 Yeah he does...that must have been close to a 6 oz. dose? Good luck on acheiving a 3:1 ratio in that glass!

Funny you mention that, my eyes actually started watering a little bit when I saw that part of the video as I was imagining the booze vapors would be a bit potent.

NEWS FLASH:
Pacific Distillery, as of today, is fully licensed by the TTB!

If you don't like anise at all, you're not likely to care for any decent absinthe, as absinthe is an anise flavored drink. It's kind of like asking if there are any good beers that don't taste like hops or malt.----Hiram

DL, maybe you should ask if Mr Z will let you pre-order a 30 gallon barrel of absinthe.

Great news by the way. Congrats!
Some folks may cringe each time I use the term "Booze" regarding these high quality drinks.
I mean no offense. There are bottles of extraordinary booze out there. I've tasted a few. Relax.

Grats Zman. I keep thinking you don't look right in the video. You should be really old, balding, and have a white beard.

We're hoping to have it in Washington State liquor stores by Christmas. After that will depend upon other factors.

If you don't like anise at all, you're not likely to care for any decent absinthe, as absinthe is an anise flavored drink. It's kind of like asking if there are any good beers that don't taste like hops or malt.----Hiram
