I have been interested in Absinthe for a few years now but never really decided to join any forums, etc dedicated to this until now. The first absinthe I ever tried was Sebor, and i thought that was good. Damn, was i surprised when i found REAL absinthe like Jade Verte Suisse, etc. The Jade range is by far my favourite at the moment and I wouldn't mind sampling some 100 year old bottles of old Pernod Fils if I can afford to get my hands on some.
