Scott, you and ignis need to team up. I'm sure he can create a slightly taller pre-ban log fountain to go with your bucket and spoontula.

For all of you that aren't aware, we have a calendar prohect but are sorely lacking pics. That is a terrific pic Scott and dang worthy of a page on the calendar. Mat Bocian Is working on it and I'm trying to help.

Very nice setup Scott, again.

Cheers!

Perhaps I'll have to submit something too...
Does it have to be absinthe-related?

I kid! I kid!

Not really an history, but ouraline cordon glasses are soooooo hard to find that it takes time and money to get one.
Next is the ouraline Pontarlier glass, almost impossible to find, will take me a few more years.

Yeah, that's definitely the kind of piece I'd love to have. I've missed 3 in one year, (one I didn't have the budget, one I wasn't quick enough, and this same one I settled for the Joanne (same seller)).

Next will be mine. But until then, Marc, I must say you have a very fine piece
Absinthe makes me a different man. Why shouldn't he also have his two glasses ?

Scored this nice water carafe from an antique store in France. It came today! Nice subtle twisted facets (they are clearer in the blacklight photo). 11.5" X3.5 1880s-1890s

That's how ya do it!

Like I said, you don't have to go to all the great lengths to buy antiques and period accessories but it's nice when you can.

Good job,
