  4. Water. I'm drinking water. Standing in solidarity with the Mrs. who is having surgery in a week and is firmly on the wagon until after the procedure is over and she's off pain meds. I'm getting soft. Save me!
  5. I might have to try making one of those. I have a few friends who love sake and I've played with making sake cocktails and punches for them in the past. I would think this could be easily batched.
  6. Sounds good. Any idea what type of sake they used? Also, if made with good ingredients (say the Tempus Fugit Creme de Cacao and Creme de Menthe) the real Grasshopper isn't so bad afterall!

  9. Maybe I can find a poor local smoker to whom I could donate all of my smoking posessions.
  10. I used to smoke hookah and cigars until I found out I have asthma this past Fall. Unfortunately for my smoking habit (but fortunately for my lungs), running has become more important to me than trying to keep up with hookah/cigars while treating asthma. The dilemma is what to do with all of my suppies and accoutrements. I have two hookas and a ton of shisha/coals and a bunch of cigars, although since I've not been tending to them well, they may be dried out at this point. Ugh. I hate wasting stuff.

  13. We're discussing tea on a absinthe board. How likely is it that people are discussing absinthe on a tea board right now?
  14. I'm going to drink a lovely little Growers Champagne tonight. Why? Because something very good (from my perspective) happened to someone who is very bad (from my perspective) and I plan to celebrate that cosmic "karma" smackdown with some high class bubbles (even if I do have a cold). So there.
  15. IMO, among Pacifique, Marteau, and Ridge/Vilya, you can't make a bad choice.
