  1. Thanks for accepting me into this community everyone!
  2. This will be the last day to buy these bottles. If someone sends me a message before 2:00pm (central) then we can work something out. Thanks to the people who were interested and the people who helped me out! -Paul
  3. Delaware Phoenix...is there anything else?
  4. I don't mind you guys investigating for the good of the community, I understand everything and I would do the same! I'm here to learn more about absinthe as well as to meet people who share this hobby. -Paul
  5. That account belongs to my brother Pete. I bought those kits in bulk (12 kits I think) a long time ago before I knew what absinthe really was and how it was made. He wanted to make some extra cash so he sold the last of them (9 kits) in a bulk package. Those kits were laying in storage for who knows how long so I let him have them. I've only sold one of those kits myself about 7 months ago and tried one and it was very very bitter. -Paul
  6. Hi Gwydion! I assure you that these bottles were not meant for resale and that I don't intend to make any profit whatsoever from them, I just don't need them in my collection, but don't want to lose money by giving them away so I'm offering this sale. I saw a post on here before about someone selling a couple bottles out of his collection and thought that it shouldn't be a problem. This is just a one time deal, I won't make any more posts like this one! -Paul
  7. 1 Eddy and the Roquette are sold! Just to clarify, Even though I'm a business man, I'm not selling these to make a profit. I make money in many ways and I don't need to sell these, I just don't have any use for them with my current collection. Think of me as a philanthropist that gets paid! -Paul
  8. Hello, my name is Paul! (good opener!) This is my second post on this site and I would like to fill in some details about who I am and what led me to pursue the Green Fairy. I first got introduced to Absinthe as many of you did watching movies and seeing what this drink does to you through acting. I've lately figured out, after maaaaany tries, that the green fairy is a smaller, greener version of the easter bunny . But, that did not deter me from looking into the tradition of absinthe drinking and the people who made drinking it a lifestyle and a thought opener. What I found was what I've been missing... a hobby and a getaway! Absinthe for me is more then alcohol, it is a tradition and a ritual that was once lost and then brought back to people who understand what this drink is all about. I don't want to go on and on how absinthe has been an inspiration for me so I'll just leave it at that for now! I sell absintheware through many means (Ebay: PolishSoprano) (Amazon: AbisntheSpirit) and am currently building a site AbsintheSpirit.com that will cater to the Absinthe minded person as well as newcomers wanting to experience what this drink is all about! I hope this introduction will help you know a little bit about who I am (even though it's short!) Cheers, Paul
  9. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the garbage in that picture
  10. Hello there Brian! No problem, I understand. I will introduce myself in the newcomer's area as soon as I come back from a trip to my local Chipotle! -Paul
  11. I want to introduce myself to this absinthe community with a offering of these fine absinthe's for sale! All the Jade's are the new 700ml versions from Sep 09' and I'm selling a newer Roquette as well (they are all still wax sealed and in perfect condition other then a little chipped wax coming of an NO bottle). I have 2 of each version of Jades (NO, 1901, Eddy, VS) that I will sell for $80 + $10 shipping and the Roquette for $65 + 10 shipping. I operate in the Chicago area and will be shipping from here. I sell absintheware on many sites such as Ebay (500+ positive feedback, 0 bad feedback!), Amazon, etc.. and am currently building a website called AbsintheSpirit.com that will sell all things absinthe! If anyone is interested in buying any of these Jades, please send me a PM an I will set up a safe transaction for both of us! (I only ship in the US!) The pictures I will include in this post have bubble wrapping on the Jade bottles taped up (I don't feel like re-taping them!) and they are ready for shipping! img168.yfrog.com/i/img1730h.jpg/ - Jades img168.yfrog.com/i/img1728h.jpg/ - Roquette -Paul
