Even though it's posted in another thread, it's deserving of it's very own.
My name:

Business address:

Name if Business:
Delaware Phoenix Distillery
Web site:

(It's not up yet, as I'm still working on it. I'll work on the finishing the splash page and get the site minimally working in the next few days.)
Google this: "the daily star" absinthe
And don't worry folks, it'll be months and months before anything happens. If I can even pull it off. Which I believe I can, but the Fat Lady hasn't sung yet.
And I hope that my products will live up to the quality the WS (and other forum) members have come to expect in quality absinthe. Once again, only time will tell.

I wonder if I can find anything around here worthy of toasting Dakini? I'm certainly going to try! To great success!

Well I'll be a monkey's uncle. I had no idea, DP! In a few years perhaps we'll all be buying our Absinthes exclusively from WS member-owned distilleries.

Hey, that's some wildly excellent news.
I know I haven't been on this forum long, but I feel I'm starting to get to know you all and it's great to watch the slow but sure invasion of the green fairy all over the world.

I have little doubt that in the authenticity, and quality departments, your absinthe will far surpass the output of your competitors.

What good's a limp stick? And I don't even want to contemplate you offering second-hand seed.

Thanks everyone!
Keep the fingers and toes crossed. We'll see what happens!
Somehow second hand seed doesn't sound like what I could use. I can't find that anywhere in Duplais. It wouldn't be authentic.

Ding! Ding! Ding! We have a winner! Yes a 35 liter model. It's very shiny. I decided to start small, and grow things from there.
Hardtime that's wonderful! For some reason I thought you were down in the Pine Barrens.

I have a leftover sample of Le Tourment?

Once I have those all important permits, I'll be able to have a pre-release sampling party. To make sure I got it right you know.
With the dollar being so cheap and all, you and the pretty one will be able to fly out, join a smashup absinthe party, and go home with lots of designer clothes all for dirt cheap. How's that sound?

Let me know when you're in the area Danny! We'll definitely have to hook up. I couldn't pass up the chance to meet and louche up a few.
Thanks for the vote of confidence Stroller!

Oh wow, really?
I'm looking at being in NYC from about September 8th to 21st. My girlfriend's sister lives in Brooklyn, but I know so little about the area outside Manhattan, even though I've been once before.
But if the louche is there, I will follow.
