Wilson Phillips

2 Sticks butter
1/4 Cup olive oil
2 Tblsp Cilantro, ground up fine
1 Tblsp Basil, ground up fine
1 Tblsp Melinda's XXXtraHot Sauce (Wonderful stuff)
1 tsp Tony Chachere’s Creole Seasoning (sha sher ray) (you could sub another brand of cerole seasoning)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp crushed garlic

Put everything in a container and melt it in the microwave. Stir it up good and stick it in the freezer till it gets to about the thickness of mayonnaise. This will keep all of it from separating and make it easier to deal with.
