The oh-so-goth renditions can become a bit tiresome, but this one looks positively too saintly to let any alcoholic beverage kiss those pristine lips. She'd look more appropriate on a temperance poster.

I like that it's not an attempt at realism to such a degree that it ends in piteous fail.

It also has a nice ethereal feel to it, which goes well with the the fin de siecle motif, and I can certainly forgive her somewhat holy appearance. She might have made a nice Green Fairy representative for one of those "heathful" oxygenated pre-ban absinthes. smile.gif
Poor
Definitely more true to the original style of fairy from the turn of the century ads. A pity her wings never did grow though.
