Well,
I wanted a Versinthe. Looked it up on the web saw 3 bottles 15-20 minutes from my house.
The math goes something like this,,,
$38.00 for 1 bottle Versinthe Absinthe
$10.00 in gas for getting lost
$52.00 for the speeding ticket I got for turning around in middle of road after passing the store.
So here it is my $100.00 dollar bottle of Versinth.

Haha, nice. I ate a $90 taco once.

It tasted exactly the same as the usual $4 taco.

Hope you enjoy it. By the way I would not add sugar to it since it is already heavily sugared. Up to you though. I've said this before and I'll say it again... Because of the added sugar versinthe is not an absinthe. It even says on the bottle "absinthe liqueur".

And it looks like someone bought that bottle of Taboo that was in the Gatineau store. Was it you?

Actually it was a inventory glich.
I went to the SAQ Depot and they said it wasn't there.
The Taboo people told me to hold on a mail order cause it was supposed to be in Quebec soon.
FYI the local,"Absinthe" club serves it for 14.00 a glass.
But ya got to watch em from wanting to light it,,

That makes sense now why there was only 1 bottle that showed up out of nowhere.

How did you like the versinthe? I like to drink it on ice or with just a bit of water. All in all it is a good drink.

Then again a 9 dollar cigar cost me and additional $137.00 last week.
Friggen speed traps.

What made it cost $90?

The fact that he went to a professional taco "provider", rather than just meeting a nice girl in a bar? dev-1.gif

I'm using nice in a fast-and-loose sorta way. Kinda like the nice girls I'm describing.

But I feel the pain on all this. I had a $260 or so ticket to see P.J. Harvey in D.C. back in 2000. Dog-damn certain Virginia towns for not having any source of income besides speed-traps on empty stretches of interstate.

Peej was absolutely awesome, though.

It was only a $90 tuna taco because of my own stupidity.

I am liking the Versinthe,,as a Absinthe with spoon and all it is too sweet but with a splash of water and ice makes a nice quick drink.
I will get another bottle to have around the bar.
Also this one sais Versinthe Absinthe,,,the ones i saw in the review section only said Versinthe.
Maybe i need my eyes checked.
