Castle Dip Cocktail

1/2 apple brandy
1/2 white crème de menthe
3 dashes absinthe

Shake with ice.  Strain into cocktail glass.

Goat's Delight

Add to iced tumbler, shake and strain into a cocktail glass:

1/2 kirschwasser
1/2 brandy
1 dash orgeat syrup
1 spoonful cream
1 dash of absinthe

As to who was the original "goat" cheered by this cup, records are at least vague.
